In 2016, Lava Logic's founder, Alex, was working as a Captain in the
British Army, training new soldiers. Frustrated with the tools available to his team for
managing soldier training, he set out to build out a tool that could simplify the tracking
and reporting of individual performance. Whilst the tool was used by his team, ultimately it
was never taken any further before Alex left the forces in late 2016.
Fast forward to
today, Alex has built Lava Logic into a business with a small but dedicated team of
developers, building out amazing products for the logistics market. Our team members have
years of experience working in both Operations, and I.T., for 3PLs.
We've
recently deployed FloWMS into one of the worlds largest 3PLs, for their U.K. group and
we're now keen to disrupt the existing WMS market.
We love new challenges and we
